Do I need insurance?

No. This is a cash-pay wellness program. No insurance is required or billed.

Are labs required?

Recent labs from your PCP may be uploaded. If updated labs are needed, your provider will advise you on next steps.

How often are follow-ups?

Monthly RN wellness check-ins with a Good Faith Evaluation every 3 months and routine labs every 6 months per medical protocol.

How is the medication delivered?

Directly to your home from the dispensing pharmacy. Injection supplies are included with your shipment.

Can someone teach me how to inject?

Yes. Injection education is provided, and local mobile RN injection visits are available as an optional add-on service.
